How the charge appears
On your card statement: [DESCRIPTOR]. It will not say "Dusken" or anything about content. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us before disputing it; we can find it from the last four digits and the date.
Prices
Core $15/month or yearly (two months free). Professional $25/month. Full details on the Pricing page. Prices are in USD; your bank may add a foreign-transaction fee.
Cancel
Settings → Plan → Cancel. One click. Effective at the end of your paid period.
Change plan
Settings → Plan. Upgrades take effect now; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Refunds
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Short version: yearly plans have a 30-day full refund; monthly plans stop at the next charge.
Receipts
Every charge sends a receipt to your account email. Past receipts are in Settings → Billing.

hello@dusken.ai. We reply within 1 business day, and within 2 business days for refund decisions. Please include your account email and the date and amount of the charge. Do not send card numbers by email.
Crypto
Send only the amount and asset shown at checkout; underpayments are held until you top up, overpayments are refunded on request minus network fees.
