Cancel in one click
Settings → Plan → Cancel. No phone call, no chat, no "are you sure" maze. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep what you paid for until the period ends.
Yearly plans: 30-day full refund
If you paid for a year and ask within 30 days of the charge, we refund the whole amount. No reason needed. After 30 days, a yearly plan is not refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
Monthly plans: no partial refunds
Cancelling stops the next charge. We do not refund the unused part of a month. If something on our side was broken for a meaningful stretch, tell us and we will make it right, usually with a credit or a refund of that month.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually show within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Crypto payments
Crypto purchases are refunded in the same asset, at the USD value of the original purchase, to a wallet address you provide. Network fees are deducted from the refund. The 30-day yearly rule applies the same way.
Chargebacks and fraud
Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank; we are faster and it costs you nothing. Accounts used for payment fraud, or that file a chargeback on a charge already refunded, may be closed. Refunds are not available for accounts closed for crossing the acceptable-use lines.
Our timing
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days and issue approved refunds within 5 business days of approval.
